Improved Patient Portal Web App

We are glad to announce the improved version of your Virtual Practice’s Patient Portal Web application.

Improved User Experience on Mobile Devices

The Patient Portal web app’s user interface now smoothly adapts to look like a mobile app on smartphone devices, with the navigation bar moving to the bottom of the screen.


To enable this, the main menu was shortened, with an improved design of the My PHR view.

Easier Navigation of Health Record

The new dashboard view of the My PHR section provides the user with an overview of all the sections of their health record, from where they can easily access all their health data.

Online Waiting Room for Video Consultations

Patients preparing to attend a Video Consultation appointment, will now first check in to their healthcare provider’s online waiting room. They will be admitted to the call by the healthcare provider at the time of the appointment.


This change is part of the Video Consultation feature upgrade, more details of which can be found here.

Support for RTL Languages

The Patient Portal web app can now also support languages that display from right to left.

In-Built Help

Helpful information on how to use the Patient Portal application to access services and their own health data is included in each section and also in a dedicated Help section.
