You can now ask health queries to your doctors using the Ask a Doctor Service available on the ContinuousCare app. To ask a question, kindly follow the below steps:
- Go to Consultations->Click Ask a Doctor
- Select a doctor to whom you want to ask your question
- Enter your query and add attachment (if any) and click Submit
- Make the payment for your question using net banking, credit, debit or cash card
You will receive the answer from your doctor within 48hrs of your submission. You can also ask a question to your doctor on their web Patient Portal.
