Setting up trackers with the right units helps you to track your health variations accurately. To set up tracker units, go to Settings->Unit Settings. You will be able to set up the default tracker units that you will be using. Units will be available as dropdown/popup in each section.
You can also setup tracker units from the respective tracker during the update of your health readings.
