It only takes a few steps to book a video appointment with your own doctor. To book a video appointment through your ContinuousCare app, follow the below steps:
- Go to Consultations and click Video Consultation->Book Video Appointment
- Select the doctor you would like to consult with
- Enter a convenient date and time for your appointment by reviewing the consultation timings and then click “Submit”.
- Click “Pay” to proceed with your online consultation payment.
Your appointment will be confirmed by your doctor based on the available time schedule. On confirmation, you’ll receive an email and SMS notification along with the consultation timings which can be rescheduled (if required) based on your convenience.
