Your health providers can share an ePrescription with you for in-clinic consultations which can be accessed by logging into their web Virtual Practice.
Prescriptions on your PHR
Your health provider can add a prescription specifying medication name, dosage, time and frequency as well as the duration for which it needs to be taken. This can be viewed under the ‘Prescription’ section once logged into your provider’s Virtual Practice. Prescriptions are currently not accessible on the ContinuousCare mobile app.
Prescriptions through Consultation Logs
Your providers can also create a prescription during their consultation while creating a Consultation Log. You will be notified via email when your health provider shares this with you. Medication details listed in the prescription of the consultation notes will be updated automatically in the Medication section of your Health Profile, accessible both on the web and mobile app.
