After setting the rates of services in your practice, you would need to define applicable tax rates for the services. To configure taxes for Clinic & Video Consultations, navigate to Payment Settings → Tax Rates under your main Settings.

Specify tax rates of Clinic or Video Consultation services by clicking the indicated icon below and save the changes. You can also choose to edit the description of the above taxes, if required. The configured tax rates would be applied to all Clinic and Video Consultation services in your practice.

To configure tax rates of Text consultation services, head over to Settings → Service Settings → Text Consultations. Scroll down to Question Fee to set up a tax rate.
