If you have a Sparco Merchant account, you can set it up in your Virtual Practice in a matter of minutes and be ready to accept payments directly from your patients. Patients can pay you for services using the mobile wallet.
Follow the steps below to integrate your Sparco merchant account into your Virtual Practice.
Step 1: Get Your ID keys from your Sparco Account
To integrate the Sparco account into your Virtual Practice, you will need a “Public Key” and also a “Secret Key” provided by your payment gateway account.
- Login to your SparcoAccount at https://gateway.broadpay.io using your login credentials.
After logging in, get the Public Key and Secret Key from Sparco account Settings.
Step 2: Set the credentials in your Virtual Practice Account
Log into your Virtual Practice using the Primary User Account and go to the Payment Service Settings under the Payment Settings (under the Settings menu option). Click Add New Payment Gateway and choose Sparco.
Paste the Public key and Secret key in the respective fields, which were copied from your Sparco account, and click on Save.
Step 3: Update your Sparco account to communicate with your Virtual Practice.
To ensure that the correct status of your payment transactions is correctly communicated by Sparco back to your Virtual Practice, please copy the WebHook URL provided on the Sparco Configuration Settings area of your Virtual Practice Manager and paste it into the WebHook URL setting field in your Sparco Payment gateway account.
You are now set to receive online payments from your patients, for using your Virtual Practice services, via the Sparco payment gateway.
Note: To correctly receive online payments from patients via Sparco, ensure that the currency you choose to set up in your Virtual Practice is supported by Sparco as well.
