Once you have set up your own App Store account/s, as mentioned above we will be sharing the email address to provide us developer access to both Google and iOS accounts.
The standard app store verification process of Google Play Store and Apple App Store requires some information to verify before they confirm your apps for publishing. This information needs to be provided at your end by filling out the Step 2 Form which will be shared by our Support Team.
Please Note: The information provided on the “Contact Us” page of your Patient Portal Website will be automatically displayed in the “About” section of your Patient Mobile App. The information provided in the Step 2 form will be added to the respective App Store Accounts. Kindly ensure that the information provided in the form (such as Business name, Contact number, Email address, Website and Registered address) is consistent with the details added in the Contact Us page.
Important points to note:
Website: As mentioned previously, a website is mandatory for publishing your application in the Google Play Store and Apple App Stores.
- If you do not have an existing website, the Virtual Practice provides you with an integrated website which can be mapped to a web domain name of your choice.
- If you have an existing website, then your Virtual Practice should be a mapped to a subdomain of your existing website. E.g. https://onlinehealthservice.yourdomainname.com
Terms & Privacy Policy: Published terms for users of your application are mandatory for publishing. By default the Patient Terms of Use in your Virtual Practice will be specified. You can edit these terms of use.
Support: One of the App Stores requires a support page on your website and the other a support email address at minimum. This information can be set up in your Virtual Practice website and/or might already be available on your existing website (if any).
App Description: It is mandatory to add the App description (Short and Long description) for both Google Play store and iOS developer account as it a preview of the offered services. (Please note : Short description can be limited upto 80 characters preview field and the long description can be till 3000 characters.)
Services: Please let us know the services that will be offered from your Custom Branded Application to your patient base as we will be adding the captured images from your application UI to visually influence the majority of your Product Page visitors eg : Video Consultation, Clinic Consultation, Text Consultations and Remote Monitoring so that we can add the App screenshots accordingly.
