Sometimes, technical issues at your end or at your patient’s end may cause your Video Consultation session to get interrupted. But your session can just as easily be resumed.
- If your Video Consultation was interrupted due to a poor connection, the session will automatically attempt to reconnect. Once the connection is established, you will be able to resume your session for the rest of the intended duration
- If your browser has been accidentally closed during the session, your consultation will automatically be paused and you will be able to resume your session once you have logged in to your Virtual Practice by clicking on the “Resume” option. The Video Consultation will continue for the remaining duration.
- If you find that you have to cut short your Video Consultation, you can end the session and book an appointment for the patient at a later time that suits your convenience.
