Elevate your patient experience with our Custom Branded Patient Mobile App, offering the same comprehensive features as our ContinuousCare app. Tailor it to your brand with customizations limited to the theme color, logo, and splash screen. Please note that we provide options for the Android app or a combined Android and iOS app, aligning with the prevalent preference for Android among our users. The Custom Branded Patient Mobile app is published under customers’ own accounts in Google Play Console (for Android) and in Apple App Store Connect (for iPhone). Once published, it will be available for your patients to download from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Setup Process of Custom-Branded Patient Mobile App
- Design Input Collection: Upon opting for the custom-branded patient mobile app, our process begins with sharing the two input forms with you, which needs to be completed at your end. One form requests design inputs App logo, App icon, Splash Screen, App name, and Business information, and the other form gathers the App Store account-related inputs
- Mock-Up Creation: The mock-up of your patient mobile apps will be created by us, tailored to your design inputs submitted in the Step 1 Form. Customer confirmation at this stage gives the green light to proceed further in bringing your vision to life.
- Providing developer access to the App Store accounts: After successfully creating your App Store accounts, the next step involves granting us developer access to these accounts. Simultaneously, completing the Step 2 Form is essential. With this access and the provided information, we will submit your apps to the respective App Store Accounts.
- Submission of Patient Mobile Apps: Following the submission, your apps will undergo the standard app store verification process. Once the verification process is complete, your patient mobile app will be readily available for download by your patients on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Automatic Updates and Maintenance: Updated versions of your application will thereafter be automatically published to your account as the platform evolves and when maintenance updates are required, for compatibility with the underlying operating system and other ecosystem changes. All upgrade versions will undergo the app store verification process. These developer accounts should be wholly owned and handled by you.
