When signing up for your own Google Play Developer Account, you will need to use a Google account. While you might already have a personal account with which you log into different Google services like Gmail, YouTube, etc., you should create a new one for this purpose. Please ensure to select an organizational account when creating an account for an organization involved in professional activities, specifically telemedicine.
There is a one-time registration fee of USD 25 that will have to be paid to Google as part of the registration process. This can be paid using your credit or debit card.
