How can I pay for the subscription?

You can pay for any subscription plan of your choice, by credit or debit card. To pay for a subscription plan, access Settings > Virtual Practice Subscription > Virtual Practice Plans. Subscription payments can be done before or after the expiry of your free trial.

Can I pay with my credit card or debit card?

Yes, you can pay using your credit card or debit card, provided it supports recurring payments.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription, any time. Note that there will be no refunds on downgrading your subscription. In case you are downgrading, additional credits will be available for the payment made towards your current billing cycle, which will be utilized for payment of the new subscription plan. In case you are upgrading, you will be billed immediately for the difference in pricing of your current plan and new plan, till the next billing.

Who are Team users? Do I pay for each Team user?

Team users refer to anyone you can add to your Virtual Practice team and they would generally be the healthcare providers, nurses, administrators, etc. of your organization. They can then individually login to your Virtual Practice Manager under their own accounts, to provide and manage services. Each plan supports a number of team users and you can choose one that meets your requirements. On the other hand, patient users are unlimited and free on all plans.

When we need to add additional Team users, how is that billed?

You can add new Team users to your Virtual Practice, any time you need. You will be billed for the additional Team users as and when you add them.

How many patients can be added?

You can add unlimited patients on all plans.

Do you have different Team user roles?

The application supports different roles and you can assign each Team user an appropriate role. You can find more information about the supported roles here.

Each plan supports a number of Team users and you can choose one that meets your requirements. You can find more information on the pricing page.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can opt to cancel your Virtual Practice subscription at any time. Your current subscription will remain active till the end of the current billing cycle. There are no refunds on cancellation of a subscription. To cancel your subscription, access Settings > Virtual Practice Subscription > Subscription Summary and click ‘Cancel’ on your Virtual Practice Manager.
