The Virtual Practice displays all your appointments in a calendar format. The appointment calendar shows you all your in-clinic and video appointments for the day, week or month. To view new video appointments, select the Appointment option on your Virtual Practice main menu and the calendar should be visible to you. Select Video to selectively view only all your video appointments. By choosing the “New” option from the drop-down menu, you will be able to see all the new appointments that have been made for video consultations.

Click on the appointment to either confirm, reschedule or cancel that appointment. Your patient will be notified of their video appointment status once you do this.

Prior to the video appointment, you will receive an alert notifying you of the upcoming session.
