Product Operations Executive

Role Summary

The executive role involves overseeing the Product Operations functions of a B2B SaaS platform for cloud healthcare businesses, ensuring that customers receive comprehensive support in utilizing the product. The role necessitates a clear understanding of the product, analytical capabilities to assess customer-reported issues, collaboration for issue resolution, and excellent communication skills.

Product Support

• Understanding customer requirements and functioning
• Investigating Product Issues & Resolution
• Product Info Support (Features, How to)

Skills Required

• Excellent Verbal & written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of CRM & other tools (JIRA, Freshdesk, Redmine etc)
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Technical expertise working alongside Development or Quality Assurance is an added advantage
• Customer value champion who leverages every interaction to help clients maximize their product ROI
• Balances customer advocacy with organizational priorities
• Understands healthcare technology environments, security and compliance considerations
• Has previously worked on supporting a SaaS product

• 1-3 years experience in product support for technology platforms
• Qualification in any field is fine, so long as you meet the above requirements
• Must be willing to work in hybrid mode i.e. at the office as well
