You'll have a 14-day trial to explore the platform's features before choosing a subscription plan. To continue using the service without interruption, we recommend upgrading your account before the trial expires.
After the 14-day trial, your account will be temporarily deactivated for 30 days. During this period,your data remains secure, and you can still log in to subscribe and reactivate services instantly. After 30 days, if no subscription is chosen, your account and data will be permanently deleted. We’ll send reminders to help you stay informed as the trial period ends.
White-labelling is offered exclusively with our Enterprise plans, as it involves a custom setup process that can only be initiated once you subscribe. You can choose a billing option (eg., annual, semi-annual billing) and pay for a subscription plan of your choice by credit or debit card. To pay for a subscription plan, access Settings > Virtual Practice Subscription > Virtual Practice Plans on your Virtual Practice Manager. Subscription payments can be done before or after the expiry of your free trial.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription anytime. If you downgrade, any remaining credits from your current billing cycle will be applied to your new plan, but please note that there are no refunds for downgrades. If you upgrade, you will be immediately billed for the price difference between your current and new plans until the next billing cycle.
Team users are the healthcare providers, nurses, administrators, or other team members within your organization who each have their own login to the Virtual Practice Manager. Each subscription plan includes a set number of team users. Patient users, however, are unlimited and free on all plans.
Additional team users can be added at any time. You will be billed for each new user as soon as they are added to your Virtual Practice.
We accept credit and debit cards for subscription payments.
If your plan includes this option, you can add a custom-branded patient mobile app as an add-on. The add-on is priced at $1188 per year for both Android and iOS, with an annual payment. Video streaming charges are applicable. The cost is USD0.005225 per streamed subscribed minute. Streamed subscribed minutes applies to the duration of time during which both participants are subscribing to each other's video stream. These costs only apply for actual sessions, with both participants involved. It will not apply if one participant starts streaming video but the other participant has not joined the call. So, for a video session of 15 minutes duration, the total streamed subscribed minutes = 2 x 15. The total cost of a 15 minute video session is thus: USD 0.005225/min x 2 x 15 = USD 0.15675. Overall usage costs will be invoiced at the end of every month, if applicable.
SMS charges apply for all messages sent from your Virtual Practice, including automated alerts and custom messages. The cost of each SMS depends on the recipient’s location, and note that 1 SMS equals 160 characters. For instance, a 300-character message will be billed as two SMS messages.
If you use the platform's default SMS gateway, applicable SMS charges will be invoiced monthly. You also have the option to connect your own SMS account and handle billing directly with your SMS provider. Certain notifications can be turned off as needed. Contact us for more information.

Yes, we do support mapping of a custom domain to the patient portal website which allows you to use your own domain e.g. www.yourcompanyname.com instead of yourcompanyname.continuouscare.io. Yes, we offer white-labelling of the Virtual Practice in our Enterprise plans.
We currently support English and Spanish in the patient interfaces (Web Patient Portal and custom-branded patient mobile app) of the Virtual Practice. Supported languages other than English, are enabled based on request. Please note that translations are currently sourced from customers for optimal suitability to context. Customers can review the translations and provide feedback regarding the translation accuracy in the interfaces. There is no additional charge for availing of supported languages.
